Jonathan Santlofer is an artist who has had over 100 hundred solo and group exhibitions all over the world. He is the author of three novels: The Death Artist, Color Blind, and The Killing Art.

Jenifer Hixson is a writer and the producer of The Moth's StorySlam series.

Leonard Lopate has been the host of WNYC's daily arts, culture, politics, and sciences interview program, The Leonard Lopate Show, for over 20 years and has interviewed over 12,000 guests.

Katherine Russell Rich is at work on a book about a year she spent in India studying Hindi. She's been a fellow at the New York Public Library and written for the New York Times, O, Salon, and NPR.

Lewis H. Lapham is the editor of Harper's Magazine for which he writes the award-winning "Notebook" column. He is the author of Fortune's Child, Money and Class in America, Hotel America, Waiting for the Barbarians, The Agony of Mammon, Theater of War, and Gag Rule.

Host Andy Borowitz is a writer, comedian, and actor whose work appears in The New Yorker and The New York Times. He appears on NPR's Weekend Edition and in Woody Allen's film Melinda and Melinda. He is the first-ever recipient of the National Press Club's humor award for The Borowitz Report.

Violinist Katy Cox is accomplished in classical, Eastern European Roma, and bluegrass styles. She's performed all over the US, from CBGB's to Carnegie Hall.
